Anysee tv does not work

I have an ANYSEE E30C PLUS usb cable television.
It works very well on Vista/XP.
Unfortunately It does not show on paltalk/skype/msn.

Then I was thinking to link the tv to virtualcamera and to use it
through virtualcamera driver. Bad luck

When I try to open it in virtualcamera program says:
VCamera can't connect your real camera
Can you tell us your camera's type?

So I'm telling you.
Any hint?

VirtualCamera support DirectShow WebCam with 320x240x32bits source. Please setup your e30c to this format if it can.
